Once you approve the estimate, we will send you an invoice which we require payment prior to production with credit card online or by cheque.
Once we receive payment or deposit for the invoice we will use your files to create a printing proof which will have all the details for the sign or printing for your review and approval to print.
Once we receive the proof approval we will start production / printing of the project and schedule the installation date.

Once production is completed we will come to install and make sure you are 100% satisfied with our products and services
Rasterized Graphics: Must be built in CMYK color mode and submitted in PDF format. JPEG les are also accepted
Vector Graphics: PDF (Portable Document Format) les are preferred and must be built in CMYK. .AI (Adobe Illustrator) or .EPS (Encapsulated Post Script) format are also acceptable. Please be sure to convert fonts to outlines and embed all objects and images.
File must be ready to print EPS, PDF or TIFF. Files received in other format than ready to print will have an additional fee of $35 per hour as a design work to re-save the le.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT: To ensure quality we do not accept graphics in Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or any other program that is not an Adobe Product or Corel Draw.
Design Resolutions: 72 DPI for Vehicle/Environmental Graphics, Grand Format Signage (building wraps, transit, etc), and Banners/Signage (events, awareness campaigns, tournaments, etc). 100 DPI for POP (point of purchase) Displays and Sightline Signage (posters, photography, food menus, backlits, etc) Fonts: Please be sure to convert all fonts to outlines. Doing so will ensure fonts don’t accidentally change from computer to computer. Converting a font to outlines is transforming them from editable text to shapes.
We accept any major credit cards which payment are made online from the invoice we will send you.
Creative Silhouettes Inc. also accepts cheques, e-transfer and cash which can be paid at our office located @ 2854 Dufferin St.
Payments are non-refundable once we start production.
PRINTING AND SIGNS INSTALLATION:
The scheduled installation time is subject to a 3 hour interval to accommodate for delays in previous installations, traffic, change in weather conditions and other factors that are unforeseeable by Creative Silhouettes Inc.
In order to facilitate the installation process, clients are encouraged to supply a mock-up to Creative Silhouettes Inc. prior to installation. This will make the installation process faster and easier for both parties.
Outdoor/indoor window installations require that the glass be washed/cleaned by the client prior to the installation. Creative Silhouettes Inc. reserves the right to charge a minimum $125 fee for window cleaning/washing if no agreement was established between both parties prior to the installation date.
If the installation team cannot go through with the installation due to the surface not being ready, nobody present at the installation address, wrong installation address provided by the client or any other similar circumstances beyond our control and that require the installation team to return at another date will incur an extra travel time charge to the installation price provided previously.
Creative Silhouettes Inc. reserves the right to cancel any scheduled installations without prior notice.
Any extra work to be done on the installation date that was not specified and agreed prior to the installation
date will be charged at a rate of $85/h.

The murals are printed on self adhesive vinyls which makes it easy and clear to install.
We can print and laminate on glossy, matte, satin and textured vinyl.
